Passionfruit Collins
A refreshing summer’s day delight.
INGREDIENTS
45ml Signature Gin
30ml VOK Passionfruit
30ml Lemon Juice
Topped with Soda
GALSSWARE
Highball
GARNISH
Passionfruit pulp and lemon wedge
METHOD
Shaken
Add the Gin, Vok Passionfruit and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker and shake well with ice. Strain into a highball glass and top with soda. Garnish with passionfruit pulp and a lemon wedge.
