Vok Beverages was established in 2002 as an independently owned and operated alcohol company and has consistently been one of Australia’s fastest growing beverage companies. As a sister company to Bickford’s Australia, established in 1874, Vok Beverages shares the driving passion for producing outstanding quality beverages.
Today Vok Beverages owns an impressive, highly awarded portfolio of brands across wine, cider, spirits and ready to drink. Our key assets include the 5,000 tonne crush Step Rd Winery in Langhorne Creek, South Australia, Beresford Estate and tasting room set amongst 31 hectares of super-premium vineyards in the picturesque McLaren Vale, the Beenleigh Distillery in Queensland, the first registered Rum distillery in Australia, established in 1884 and the Twenty Third Street Distillery in Renmark, South Australia which opened in September 2016.

The packaging of our alcoholic beverages contains a reference to either “Drink Responsibly” or “Savour the Moment, Drink Responsibly”. This logo is usually located immediately above the standard drink content, to ensure consumers are encouraged to effectively and responsibly manage their alcohol consumption.
The mandate to our marketers is to inform consumers in an engaging manner in order to grow our market share with an expectation that all advertising and marketing activities will conform to a principle of responsible consumption.

Sampling of our products is only performed by holders of responsible service of alcohol qualifications, to ensure our beverages are served appropriately.
Responsible Consumption by our People
Our people reflect our values. We encourage them to adopt a sensible attitude to drinking, both in and out of the working environment. Internal policies govern the consumption of alcohol on site and employees are continually reminded of expectations around responsible consumption at work social events.
We believe there is a role for alcohol in society, provided the old adage is adhered to – “all in moderation”.
